Butterscotch pudding, fennel and mint, distinct sea spray and almost flor-like character, a dusting of cinnamon, peach and pink grapefruit. It’s full-bodied, saline and warming, powerful and flavoursome, with tight grapefruity acidity, a gentle gloss and viscosity too, flinty and spicy, plenty of orange zest and tang on a long and bold finish. So distinctive and good. No prisoners.
